Nobody can tell who checked a guest in, staff who only work the entrance can see takings they should not, and no-shows are never recorded. SilkPass replaces that with per-employee accounts, role-scoped access and a record of who did what. KNOW YOUR REGULARS Every booking builds a guest's history — how often they come, how often they do not turn up, and what they typically spend. Your host knows who is walking through the door before they arrive. ACCOUNTS SilkPass is used by venue staff. Accounts are provided by your venue's administrator or by Silk Labs — there is no public sign-up, by design.
