How to get started: 1.- Turn on Bluetooth and ensure location services are enabled on your device. 2.- Open Reach while connected to the Internet (this is only required the first time to activate the app). 3.- Grant Bluetooth and location permissions when prompted by the app. 4.- Once logged in, select a contact from the "Nearby" list to send private messages, or open the Public Chat to message all other nearby Reach users.
