DOME Analytics

DOME puts a restaurant group's operating numbers in one place. Owners, VPs of operations, regional directors and general managers can see how yesterday went without pulling reports from the point-of-sale, the scheduling system and the guest survey platform and reconciling them by hand. SALES Food, beverage, retail and total revenue for any window — yesterday, week to date, month to date, year to date or a custom range — against last year, the prior period or a comparison of your choosing. Rank stores by any revenue line, sort by size or by variance, group by region, and drill into any venue. ALERTS An inbox of stores that crossed a threshold — comp percentage, labor against forecast and more — with the rule and the bar it was measured against on every item. MEAL PERIODS Lunch, dinner and late night broken out by sales, covers and check average, per store and fleet-wide. P-MIX Top sellers ranked against the comparison window, with units, sales mix, rank movement, and recipe cost and margin where available. MEDALLIA & SOCIAL NPS, response mix, manager-visit rate and social ratings by store, plus the guest verbatims themselves, filterable by sentiment and searchable. Comparisons use like-for-like stores only — a venue that wasn't trading in both windows is shown but kept out of the totals, so the fleet number measures the same estate against itself.
