Rotta - Driver is the app for drivers of transport companies that use Rotta to manage fleet fueling. Access depends on registration by the transport company: it's not possible to create an account through the app. HOW IT WORKS The driver enters their CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and a six-digit code sent to the WhatsApp number registered by the transport company. There is no password to remember. When refueling, the app shows the nearest accredited gas stations with the agreed-upon price. If the gas station is far from one of these stations, the driver requests a one-off refueling, indicating the station they are at. The request includes the mileage and a photo of the dashboard. The transport company approves it through its dashboard—some requests are approved instantly, according to company rules—and the app notifies the driver when the decision is made. AT THE GAS STATION Once the request is authorized, the app displays a QR code and a code. The attendant scans the QR code, checks the data, and enters the code dictated by the driver. The code only appears in the driver's app. AFTER REFUELING The driver photographs the receipt on the order itself. Without a cell phone signal, the photo is saved on the device and sent automatically when the connection returns. ALSO IN THE APP • Order history and status of each order. • Monthly liter quota and the associated vehicle. • Notification to the transport company when the driver is in another truck. PRIVACY Location is only used when the app is open, at the time of ordering fuel, to sort gas stations by distance. It is not recorded in the order or registration, and the app does not track the trip. Photos are sent from the phone without internal file data. There are no ads.
