SelfClub is a club management application designed for sports clubs such as gymnastics, karate, dance, swimming, football, and more. Instructors can open their clubs in minutes, provide parents with login accounts; student information, class schedules, attendance, fees, and announcements are all collected in one place. FOR THE INSTRUCTOR (CLUB OWNER) • Club summary: active students, number of groups, total receivables, and today's classes at a glance • Groups and class schedule: day, time, room, age group, and monthly fee for each group • Student card: date of birth, school, health record, emergency contact, parent information • Attendance: Present / Absent / With permission / Late — with one touch, along with past classes • Fee tracking: write the fee for all students at once at the beginning of the month, process payments, and instantly see who owes money • Debtor list and monthly balance: written fees, collections, and coach salaries month by month • Payment reminder: automatic notifications to only parents with outstanding debts on selected days • Announcements: write to the entire club or a single group, and parents will receive instant notifications • Calendar and events: announce events such as shows, competitions, and make-up classes to groups • Coach accounts: your coaches take attendance and view the schedule; • Fees and balances cannot be viewed • Messaging: Chat with parents from within the app without sharing phone numbers FOR PARENTS AND ATHLETES • Your child's class schedule and next class • Attendance history and attendance percentage • Monthly fees, payments, and current balance • Club bank details; IBAN can be copied with a single touch • Club announcements and events will be sent to your phone as notifications • Messaging with instructors and coaches HOW IT WORKS? 1. The instructor creates their club with "Create a new club" and chooses a short club code (e.g., ESSA). 2. They add students, give each parent a username and initial password (e.g., AYILMAZ@ESSA). 3. The parent logs in with this information from "Athlete Login" and changes their password on their first login.
