selfStudent is the official mobile application designed for sports schools to manage their daily operations from their phones. Institutions using the selfStudent web panel log in with their administrator, secretary, and coach accounts. **EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN SCREEN** • Administrator: Daily summary, end-of-day cash flow, monthly cash flow, debts, products and inventory, personnel, attendance reports. • Secretary: Student search and new registration, debt tracking and WhatsApp reminders for parents, product sales, cash transactions. • Coach: Today's lessons, one-touch attendance, their own students, weekly lesson schedule, and absence reports. **ATTENDANCE** Options for attended, absent, excused, sick, late, and trial; adding grades to students; viewing missed attendances and consecutive absences. **STUDENT CARD** Parent and contact information, program registrations, debt and collection summary, grades, documents, and performance archive. Upload documents by taking photos with your camera. CASH REGISTER AND PRODUCTS End-of-day records by payment type, collection items, product sales (by size and quantity), stock status, and overdue debts. SECURE Each user only sees information permitted by their role; permissions are the same as with the web panel and are monitored on the server. All communication is encrypted (HTTPS).
