MyDugsi

MyDugsi is the register for the dugsi. The teacher takes attendance and scores lessons and hifz on the phone, and parents can see it the same day. REQUIRES A DUGSI ACCOUNT MyDugsi is used by dugsis set up in MyDugsi. You sign in with the account your dugsi has given you as a teacher, parent or administrator. The app cannot be used without an account from a dugsi. FOR TEACHERS Attendance • Registrering shows your classes and how many pupils are still to be registered today. • Four large buttons per pupil: present, late, absent, excused. • "Resten er til stede" (the rest are present) marks the pupils you have not registered yet. • A note per pupil, which the parent can see. • Also works without a connection — the register is sent when the signal returns. Lessons • One lesson at a time (L1, L2 …) with a score from 0 to 4. • Mark "not prepared" and write a note for the lesson. • "Giv alle en karakter" (give everyone a score) sets the same score for every pupil who is present and has prepared the lesson. An existing score is only overwritten if you choose to, and nothing is saved until you tap Save. • Scores need a connection. Attendance can still be saved offline. Hifz • Record surah and ayah for each lesson, and see where the child left off last time, e.g. "Last Wed 30 Sep: Al-Fatihah 1–7 · Continue". Closed days • The app does not record attendance on a day the dugsi is closed. FOR PARENTS • Your child's attendance, scores and notes the same day. • Report an absence, and see the reports you have sent. • This month: days present out of teaching days, attendance as a percentage and average score. • Exam results, once a teacher has graded a test. FOR ADMINISTRATORS • The same register for every class in the dugsi. • What is still to be registered today. SADAQAH JARIYAH MyDugsi is built by Keyton ApS as Sadaqah Jariyah.
