About

ADR Test is exam practice for drivers who carry dangerous goods by road in Europe. The app includes six national editions: Germany, Poland, Great Britain, Italy, France and Spain. Pick the country where you take your ADR exam, and the app loads that country's courses, question bank and practice exam settings, in that country's language. ADR is one agreement across Europe, but each country runs its own course and exam, so choose the edition for the place where you will be tested. Based on ADR 2025, in force through 2026. THE EDITION IN ENGLISH The English-language edition is the British one. It has 2,408 questions for Core, Common characteristics, Classes 1 to 9, Packages and bulk, and Tanks, 562 of them with pictures of hazard labels, placards, orange plates and vehicles. The first 339 questions of the British edition are free to try. PRACTICE EXAMS Practice exam settings vary by national edition. For Great Britain, practice exam settings are approximate and draw on reports from training providers and candidates. In the British edition, Class 1 and Class 7 papers reuse the Core question count and time limit; these are practice settings, not confirmed formats for those exams. Where a country has a separate refresher exam, you choose it before you start. No hints until the end, then you go through every mistake. MARK THE VEHICLE Pick an orange plate or a placard, tap the spot on the truck or tank truck where it belongs, and it stays in place. Then check your layout against the correct marking. Separate drills cover numbers, transport documents and ADR marks. STUDY TOOLS • An explanation and the rule behind it after every answer • Today's plan: a session you can finish in one sitting • Mistake review and scheduled reviews • Flashcards and the Hazard label trainer • Quick test: 10 questions in 3 minutes • Progress by topic and an exam readiness score ONE PURCHASE, ALL SIX EDITIONS Every edition starts with free questions. One purchase unlocks all questions, practice exams and drills in all six editions. No subscription. OFFLINE, NO ACCOUNT Questions, pictures and progress stay on your phone. Study in the cab, on a break or at a training center without an internet connection. No sign-up and no email address. ABOUT THE APP ADR Test is an independent study aid for the European ADR driver training certificate, often called the ADR license. We wrote the questions ourselves from the ADR requirements and each country's driver training syllabus. The app does not come from any examining body and contains no official exam questions. It does not replace an approved ADR course or the exam, and it cannot guarantee a pass.Read more

  1. Version 4.1.4First seen · 3 Oct 2026

We have checked many questions line by line against the ADR text and reworded them where the answer was not clear-cut. The Italian, French and Spanish editions no longer include questions that tested the same point twice. We also removed questions from the Polish, British and Spanish editions whose answer could not be confirmed in the text of the regulations. The German edition now has almost twice as many free questions as before.
