Flexnu

Flexnu is the driver app for Danish flex traffic — disabled driving, patient transport, school transport and other publicly ordered passenger transport. One button throughout the shift. ONE ORDER AT A TIME You press Next order. The order comes as one card with the transport company's own message — verbatim as it was sent. Addresses and phone numbers in the text can be pressed: the address opens your map app, the number calls. The app does not divide the order into fields and does not guess what the message means. You read the same thing that your driver and the transport company can see. YOU HEAR THE NEW ORDER A new order makes a sound and vibrates and is placed on the lock screen. It continues until you tap the card. You will notice it even if the phone is in the holder. YOUR MAP APP, YOUR CHOICE The first time you tap on an address, the app asks if you want to use Google Maps, Waze or Sygic — and remembers your choice. You can reset the choice in the menu. GPS THAT CONTINUES DRIVING WITHOUT COVERAGE The position is sent every 15 seconds while you are driving, and every 30 seconds when the vehicle is stationary. It runs in the background, even while you are navigating or have locked the screen. If you lose coverage, the positions are saved on the phone and sent together when the signal returns. A number at the top of the screen shows how many people are in line. YOUR OWN WORKING HOURS Seal in and out. Breaks are recorded separately, so your working hours without breaks are shown there as a number. The times come from Flexnu, not from the phone's clock. If something doesn't fit, correct it yourself before you finish recording. Afterwards, only your haulier can correct it. Your haulier downloads the working time report in Excel. THE WEEK, SETTLED DAY BY DAY My earnings show this week, Monday to Sunday, calculated per vehicle run — the unit in which the run is settled. If your haulier shows revenue, you see the settled revenue per vehicle run. Older periods are available at flexnu.dk, where you log in with your own login. THE CARRIER You select the vehicle when you log in. If a colleague is already driving it, you can take it over — the app first tells you what happens to the colleague. The colleague's phone will receive a message about why the shift ended. YOU CAN SEE THAT IT WORKS The app shows its own status: vehicle number, server, message channel, GPS and when the last GPS fix was taken. You don't have to guess whether there is a connection. PREVIOUS ORDERS The messages from this and previous shifts are available in the app. If you worked the night shift, the list will be updated after midnight. You can search for them. LOG IN ONCE You log in with your username and a 6-digit PIN and will be logged in until you log out yourself. If you log in on a different phone, the first one will be logged out — you will be notified first. ——— FOR THE DRIVER — FLEXNU.DK The driver portal does not require installation. WORKING TIME — drivers' registrations combined, with report in Excel. USERS — driver and driver as access levels, and own portal access for subcontractors. ——— WHO IS THE APP FOR Flexnu is for drivers who drive flex traffic for Danish municipalities and regional transport companies. If you are new, you will receive your login from your haulier. There is no public registration. Tracking stops when you log out.
