Groom Ledger

Groom Ledger is an offline-first day ledger for mobile dog groomers who run van routes and house calls—one named service day at a time. Cold start opens a fullscreen groom-ledger: a vertical visit stack in route order for Today. Each stop is a dense client card showing dog name, breed, coat-condition chips, last blade or comb attachment, style shorthand, and a next-appointment badge. Tap a card to lock the active groom sheet and log what you actually used before rolling to the next dog. On the active groom sheet you can edit coat condition (matted, dense, silky, double, senior-thin), blade size, comb attachment, finish style notes, and rebook date for the dog under the dryer. A blade and comb quick-picker offers common lengths and attachments as tappable chips with last-used memory per dog. The style shorthand library covers puppy cut, teddy bear, sanitary only, full hand-scissor, breed trim, and deshed pass—one-tap apply, then free-text refine. A per-dog history strip shows prior coat notes, blades used, and style outcomes without leaving the ledger. The day rail jumps Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, or any other service date while keeping the same layout. Household multi-dog stops group two or more dogs at one address as stacked sub-rows under a single stop header. When you finish a groom, capture the next appointment with a date field plus optional 4 / 6 / 8 week interval chips written back onto the dog’s card. Export a plain-text day summary of stops and gear notes through the system share sheet—typed data only, fully offline. A seed demo day loads a sample van route with mixed breeds, coat states, and blade setups so the ledger is full on first launch. No generic CRM. Just the glanceable bench card you need between vans and doorsteps.
