Kilmac Civil

Kilmac Civil is the official field app for Kilmac Civil crews — everything you need for your shift, in one place. CLOCK ON AND OFF Clock on when you get to site and clock off when you leave. Your shift is recorded against the site you're working on, with a live timer in your notifications so you always know your time is being counted. YOUR ROSTER See the week ahead at a glance — site, start and finish times, your trade, foreman, crew size and any notes from the office. Tap any day for the full brief, including the site address and one-tap directions. TIMESHEETS AND PAY Check what you've worked, day by day, and what it adds up to for the pay cycle. Missed a clock-on or clock-off? Send a timesheet fix to the office with the correct time and a short reason, and follow it through to approval. ALLOWANCES AND OVERTIME Claim overtime and site allowances in a single request. You only see the allowances you're entitled to, and each one can be tracked from submitted through to approved. LEAVE Request annual, personal or RDO leave, check your balances, and see the status of anything you've already sent. The app warns you before you request a day you're already rostered on. STAY IN THE LOOP Push notifications for roster changes, approvals, and anything else the office needs you to see. HOW LOCATION IS USED While you are clocked on, the app records your location in the background so your time on site is accurate even when your phone is locked or the app is closed. Location is recorded only between clock-on and clock-off — never when you are off shift — and you can clock off at any time to stop it. GETTING STARTED Kilmac Civil is for people who work for Kilmac Civil. Create an account with your work email, or sign in with the details the office has issued you. Your account is activated once the office links it to your employee record — from then on your roster, hours and entitlements appear automatically. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are available in the app before you create an account, and any time afterwards under Profile.
