myPMS is a property management application for hotels, guesthouses, homestays, and serviced apartments. Reception, management, and housekeeping staff use a single application. RECEPTION A daily room map shows which rooms are occupied, which are vacant, and which reservations are coming up. Open reservation forms, check in with specific room assignments, change rooms, edit dates, extend stays, and check out. Scan QR codes on ID cards to quickly fill in guest information instead of typing it manually. FINANCES Each reservation has its own expense ledger: room charges, additional services, amounts collected, and remaining balance. Collect cash or display a QR code for bank transfer for guests to scan at the counter. Print reservation forms and invoices using a Bluetooth thermal printer. GUESTS AND RESERVATIONS A shared guest directory across all properties, search by name, phone number, or ID number, and view the number of times a guest has stayed. Record each person in each room, and quickly check which rooms haven't been registered before the end of the shift. ROOMS A status board for each room, assign cleaning duties to specific individuals or the entire team; once you click, the room automatically changes to clean and is ready for resale. REPORTS Occupancy rate, average selling price, revenue per available room, tracked daily. Automatically runs at night to mark non-arrivals and release rooms. Free application.
