QUOTES, E-SIGNED CONTRACTS, DEPOSITS Build the quote, send a rental contract with your waiver and weather policy written into it, and take the deposit that reserves the date — from the truck. WEATHER FLAGS — WE FLAG IT, YOU DECIDE BounceDay checks the National Weather Service against rain and wind thresholds you set yourself, and shows you the raw forecast next to your own numbers. It never auto-cancels and never auto-reschedules, and when forecast data does not arrive it says so rather than telling you it is clear. DAY-OF MODE, OFFLINE Today's stops in order with directions, per-stop setup and teardown safety checklists, and photo stamps on the items that need them. It works with no signal — check-offs and photos queue and sync when the bars come back. INSURER-READY SETUP RECORDS Every completed safety checklist composes into a formal PDF: per-unit checks, photo timestamps, the date, your brand. BounceDay records completion; it does not certify safety. The standards and the judgment stay yours. PER-UNIT PROFIT AND LOSS Revenue, utilization, repair and cleaning cost, and net — per unit, across the season, so you know which units earn their garage space. CSV and PDF export. VERIFIED REVIEWS Only people who actually booked can leave a review, and each one says so on your storefront. YOUR MONEY, YOUR DATA Your money lands in your own accounts — never in a BounceDay balance. Take deposits and balances on your own payment details, or turn on card and bank transfer and collect through BounceDay; either way the money settles to an account you own. Everything you put in comes back out: JSON and CSV export of your own data on every plan, forever.
