JEM Points

It is a relationship program that aims to offer benefits to customers, such as discounts, cashback, gifts, experiences, services and exclusive advantages that will be made available through the exchange of points and will be associated with each of the 3 (three) categories of customers. The "Program" will have an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time at the discretion of Casa João e Maria. All benefits are subject to availability and/or limited quantity, and are offered to customers according to their participation category. The "Program" is intended for all individuals, over 18 (eighteen) years of age, with a valid CPF, proven to be resident in Brazil and who are customers of “Casa João e Maria”. The “Program” is exclusive to Casa João e Maria customers and participation is restricted to: “Lua Customers”: Customers who registered in the program and have a valid score in the program between 1 and 499 (four hundred and ninety-nine) points over a period of up to 12 months. “Terra Customers”: Customers who registered in the program and have a valid score in the program between 500 and 999 (five hundred) and 999 (nine hundred and ninety-nine) points over a period of up to 12 months. “Sol Customers”: Customers who registered in the program and have a valid score in the program equal to or greater than 1,000 (one thousand) points within a period of up to 12 months.
