About

Your store's turn-by-turn list on the counter tablet — and the answer that the reason for non-conversion alone doesn't give: who entered, what they were looking for, and what they didn't buy. FAR BEYOND THE REASON FOR NON-CONVERSION Organizing salespeople's turns is just the beginning. For each interaction that didn't result in a sale, the salesperson answers four questions in just a few taps, without typing: 1. Who entered the store — man, woman, couple 2. What were they looking for — male, female, both 3. Why they didn't buy — the reasons for your store: size, price, color, brand 4. What product were they looking for — search by type, within your store's departments, and you can select more than one In a sale, a tap registers who entered. With these answers, the store gets to know the audience that actually enters, what they are looking for, and what they don't buy: who entered × who bought, the most sought-after products that weren't purchased, the department that loses the most sales — and why. The manager sets everything up according to the store's needs: the options for each question, the departments, classes and product types, and which answers end the service right there (those who only came to exchange an item don't need to answer the rest). THE COMPLETE LIST OF THE DAY • Real-time sales queue, the same on all devices in the store • Start and end the service in a few taps • Automatic rotation: those who spend too much time at the front without serving go to the end • Salesperson pause and return (lunch, stock, cashier) • Opportunity registration: the customer who returns when the product arrives • Customer search by name or cell phone number • Service reports: queue, team performance, ranking and reasons for loss • One queue per store, for those with more than one unit • Screen always on while the app is open FOR WHOM IT'S FOR Stores with sales teams in the showroom — fashion, footwear, furniture, optics, mattresses — that want a fair turn for each salesperson and to know, with data, who enters the store and why they leave without buying. HOW THE ACCOUNT WORKS This app is the store's customer service panel, the counter tablet: log in with the panel username, the store code, and the password created by your company's manager. The questions are configured by the manager, and the complete analysis of the answers is stored in their reports within the Forhold system. Internet connection is required to function.Read more
