Type “Dentist tomorrow 3pm !high #health” and the task is saved with its date, time, priority and tag. To Do List Pro keeps deadlines, groceries and monthly bills in order with due dates, priorities and repeats, and reminds you by time or by place. KEY FEATURES ■ An add box that understands dates Write a task the way you'd say it: “Report on fri at 9:30 @work”, “Pay rent every month on the 25th”, “Call mom in 3 days”. The due date, time, repeat, priority, star, #tag and @list are picked out and shown as chips; tap one to undo a wrong guess. ■ Flexible repeats Daily, weekdays, weekly on several days, every 2 weeks, the 2nd Tuesday, the last Friday, month-end, yearly or every N days, with an end date or count, or “Count from the day I finish”. Completing a task moves it to the next date, so missed days don't pile up, and its checklist resets. ■ Reminders by time and place Add any number of reminders: at the due time, minutes, hours or days before, or at a set date and time. Notifications show notes and checklist progress, with “Done” and “Later” buttons (30 minutes, tonight, tomorrow morning). Location reminders go off when you arrive at or leave a place (50 m to 2,000 m radius). ■ Reminders that actually arrive • Remind again until done, every 5–60 minutes • Ring like an alarm until you act on it • Punctual mode schedules reminders like an alarm clock so power saving can't delay them • Reminders missed while the phone was off appear after it restarts • Morning summary, and an optional evening review that moves what's left to tomorrow The Reminder check finds what blocks reminders (notifications, Alarms & reminders, battery optimization) and opens the setting to fix it. The Notification log records late and missed reminders. ■ Today at a glance A progress ring, the time until the next reminder, and tasks grouped into Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 days, Later and No date. Move all overdue tasks to today at once. ■ Lists, checklists and tags Unlimited lists in 12 colors, with archiving, sorting and drag to reorder. Tasks get notes, a star, high/medium/low priority, colored tags and checklists with a progress bar. ■ Swipe, calendar and widgets Swipe right to complete, left to reschedule, with Undo for both, and edits save as you type. The month calendar marks days with tasks and overdue ones in red, and can show Japanese holidays. Add tasks from the list widget, a one-tap widget, a Quick Settings tile, app shortcuts, text shared from other apps or the notification shade. ■ Your data stays safe A daily automatic backup keeps the last 7 days in the app, and you can export everything to a file for a new phone. Deleted tasks stay in the trash for 30 days. No account or sign-in: data is stored on this phone (there is no sync between devices) and included in Android's backup.
