Then search, group by company, save to contacts and track follow-ups, all in one app. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tap the scan button and snap a card 2. Check the result and tap any misplaced line to fix it 3. Search, tag and group by company, then save to contacts KEY FEATURES ■ Snap a card, get the data Card edges are detected and tilted shots straightened. Scan up to 40 cards in a row; reading continues in the background even if you close the screen, and cards read in a batch are marked "To check". ■ On-device OCR: English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean Latin-script cards (English and more), Japanese, Chinese and Korean are read; mobile, work and fax numbers are told apart, and the address, company, job title and name each get their own field. A printed QR code (vCard) is used first. ■ Fix it with a tap Lines that didn't fit a field appear as chips: tap one and choose where it goes. Read again in another language or after rotating, or copy the raw text. ■ Front and back, or from photos Save shots as separate cards or as front and back; the back only fills empty fields. Import photos too, cropped to the card, with no storage permission. ■ Event mode for trade shows Set an event name, date and tags once, and every card you scan next gets them. ■ Search and organize Search every field, your tags and the full card text, with several words or a phone number's digits alone. Add tags, stars, notes and where you met, then sort five ways and filter. ■ Browse by company People are grouped by company and department, and variants like "Acme Inc." and "ACME" are merged. Send a whole company as one vCard. ■ New job? Update the card Scan someone's new card and the app matches them by email, mobile number, or name and company, then offers to update it. The old card stays in the history, and notes and tags carry over. Duplicates can be combined. ■ Contacts, vCard and CSV Save a card to your phone contacts with no permission needed, or many at once with the card image as the photo. Export as vCard or CSV (opens in Excel), and import vCard files. ■ Swap cards by QR code Show your card as a QR code for others to scan, or scan someone's QR code (vCard, MECARD) to add them. ■ Backup and new phones Export everything with images to a ZIP file and restore it on a new phone; current data is saved first. On days you open the app, it keeps 7 days of copies inside it and can save a backup with images to a folder you choose, such as Google Drive. Deleted cards stay in the trash for 30 days. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS • No account or sign-in. • Card images and the text read from them never leave your phone. • No camera permission: the scan and QR screens come from Google Play services, which also downloads the language data the first time. • Permission to write contacts is requested only for bulk saving; contacts are never read.
