Kantera Sport

Kantera Sport is the operating system for your academy or sports club. It brings together everything you need to manage day-to-day operations—athletes, attendance, payments, and communication with families—and gives each parent/guardian a clear app to track their child's progress. Designed for academies, clubs, schools, and leagues for soccer, swimming, and more. FOR THE ACADEMY • Take attendance in seconds from your phone, even with a weak signal. • Complete athlete profiles: data, medical record, fitness assessment, and documents. • Payments and fees: generate invoices, manage account statements, and validate payments reported by families. • Scheduled games, matches, sports evaluations, and physical workload tracking. • Digital ID card with QR code to verify athlete identity at the entrance. • Automatic notifications and reminders to families. • Multi-sport and multi-location support, with roles for director, coordinator, and coaches. FOR FAMILIES (Family Hub) • All your children's information in one place. • Digital ID card, schedules, and attendance. • Report your payments and attach the receipt. • Control privacy: you decide how your child's name appears outside the academy. PRIVACY AND CHILDREN'S DATA Protecting children's data is a priority. The parent or guardian controls the child's information and can exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion, and Habeas Data) directly from the app. Kantera Sport is a management platform: it is not a payment gateway and does not take a commission on the monthly fees that families pay to the academy.
