About
Gear Contact Stress Analyzer is an iPhone engineering console for external gear meshes. It screens flank contact pressure before a drawing is treated as settled. Open the app and the mesh is already on the board. A status band, a safety-factor gauge, and the pressure along the path of contact are visible before any field is edited. Geometry, duty, material, and lubricant sit in fold-out cards underneath. Changing a value updates the board immediately. Analyze files that pass in History and returns the view to the rating. Save keeps a snapshot. Export writes a text report. Compare places up to five meshes on one bar chart.Read more
