Various strategies often overlap, making it difficult to track remaining "quotas" (i.e., allocated volumes). This dashboard assigns different strategies—such as pacing, retention, pooling, and rotation—to separate channels, ensuring clear differentiation prior to actual implementation. Each strategy task (or "Brief") includes details such as the title, target segment, initial quota, activation date, and scheduled execution date, while progressing through statuses including "Active," "Partially Applied," "Applied," and "Pending Recall." If only a portion of the scheduled sessions is executed, the system immediately recalculates the remaining quota. As the scheduled date approaches, tasks automatically shift to the "Near-term Horizon" channel. Any unused volume must be marked as "Pending Recall," with the recalled quota and dashboard adjustment amount recorded; the adjusted remaining quota is calculated by subtracting the adjustment amount from the original quota. The "Atlas" (Overview View) aggregates data—including active remaining volume, applied volume, pending recall volume, upcoming tasks, total task count, and dashboard adjustments—and groups this information by month, week, segment, type, and location, enabling intuitive identification of trends before peak task periods arrive.
