Pulse, Steady, Hold, and Keep types match how painful a shortfall would be, from light cadence cards to strict keep cards. After every add, draw, or restore, coverage is recalculated. Amounts above a floor become movable surplus. Amounts below a floor become a named gap and a warning. Record shifts from a surplus strategy into a short one, and keep the source above its own floor when you want that protection. The strategy book gathers floors, open gaps, movable surplus, the count of strategies below their line, and shift history. A restore plan pairs spare surplus with short strategies without pooling everything into one pot. Ranking, horizon watch, comparison, coverage bars, and monthly rhythm help you decide which strategy should give and which should receive.
