About
Turn an idea into a small sashiko project. Explore patterns, make a chart that fits your cloth, follow its stitch route and save your place. PHOTO TO PATTERN Import a screenshot, simple drawing or photo. Crop the image, adjust outline detection and choose which paths to keep. Review the result, then create a sized running-stitch chart with numbered paths, needle steps and a shareable teaching PDF. Processing happens on your device. The route is suggested; a photo cannot reveal hidden back stitches. FIND AND ADJUST A DESIGN Browse illustrations and cloth previews, search the library and read pattern background stories. Editable designs and visual references are distinguished. Adjust supported designs in millimetres or inches, change spacing and colours, or generate a new grid study. The separate grid reader supports aligned, straight alternating stitch charts. FOLLOW THE NEEDLE Use interactive lessons and animated needle guidance. Pause, change speed or step through the route. Check front and back, mark completed runs and return to your saved project. PRINT AND EXPLAIN Export an actual-size A4 or US Letter chart with optional needle instructions. Photo teaching guides include the source image, numbered chart and suggested route. Print at 100% and check the 50 mm calibration line before transferring to cloth. SAVE YOUR WORK Keep projects, reference photos, finished photos, notes and progress on your iPhone. Save reusable designs in My patterns. Saved patterns, their attached reference images and library favourites use your private iCloud account when available; project progress stays on the device. Core design, image processing, PDF and project tools work offline without an app account. The interface supports English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Thai. Pattern stories are available in English and Japanese. Cloth previews illustrate appearance and may be generated images. Image tracing needs your review and works best with clear outlines. Guides explain the chart’s needle route; they do not teach fastening or fabric tension. Try a small sample on scrap cloth first.Read more
