About
Lekobudzik (Polish for "pill alarm clock") reminds you about your medication with a real alarm, not a notification you can dismiss with one swipe. It rings at the time you set, even when your iPhone is in Silent mode or Focus is on. A DOSE COUNTS ONLY AFTER A PHOTO Stopping the alarm doesn't mean you took your medication. You record a dose with a fresh photo of the package or blister pack, taken with the camera in the app. There is no access to your photo library, so you can't reuse an old photo or prepare confirmations in advance. RULES THAT KEEP YOU ON TRACK - Snooze up to 2 times, 30 minutes each. - "Stop" without a photo doesn't record anything. A reminder returns after 5 minutes and scheduled alarms keep ringing. - Photos are accepted until 2 hours after the scheduled time. You choose how early you can record a dose before its alarm: from 1 hour to the whole day. - After 2 hours without a photo, the dose is marked as missed in your history. SIMPLE AND CLEAR - Add a medication with a name and 1 to 6 times a day. - As-needed medication, like a painkiller, is recorded with a photo too. It is counted separately and doesn't change your consistency score. - An optional package photo helps you recognize it at a glance. - The Today screen shows your next dose and today's schedule. - History shows your consistency over 7 and 30 days. - Optionally, every recorded dose is added to a separate "Medications" calendar in Apple Calendar. PRIVACY No account, no ads, no analytics and no servers of ours. Your medications, history and photos stay on your device. Dose photos are deleted after 30 days. IMPORTANT Lekobudzik is a reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Follow your doctor's instructions for dosing. Reminders depend on your device settings and state, so don't rely on the app as your only safeguard for critical medication. Works on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 26.1 or later.Read more
