Service Sheet

Servis is a field service app for technicians. One job holds the quote or estimate, the service report, and, where your country issues invoices, the invoice PDF. Customers, line items, photos, and signatures stay on your phone. There is no Servis cloud. Before the job is finished, you send a quote. In the United States that document is called an estimate. When you mark the job done, the customer signs “Received” and the service report is created. If the country issues invoices, the invoice comes from the same record. In Turkey and Italy these documents are not invoices. Currency, tax, and paper size follow the country you choose. The language of the app and the language of the customer’s document are separate. Countries: Turkey, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where invoices are issued, numbers have no gaps and are never reused. An issued invoice does not change under the same number. Cancellation is a new document that names the original number. The app does not issue a Turkish e-Arşiv or e-Fatura, does not send anything to Italy’s SDI, and does not produce XRechnung or ZUGFeRD for Germany. An official e-document for the tax office is prepared outside this app. A backup gathers your jobs and company details into one file. You choose where it goes. Payment is charged to your App Store account. After five jobs, Servis Pro is monthly or yearly. You can cancel the plan at any time in your App Store subscriptions.
