Nabekko: Cook Hands-Free

Nabekko takes care of the timing when you cook two or three dishes at once. DISHES THAT FINISH TOGETHER Pick a main, a side and a soup. Work for one dish is fitted into the hands-off time of another, like chopping a side while the main simmers, so everything is ready at the same moment. PLAN BACK FROM DINNER TIME Set when you want to eat and Nabekko tells you when to start. WET HANDS? JUST SAY IT Say “Next”, “Back”, “Repeat”, “Timer” or “Stop”, or tap anywhere on the screen. Your voice is recognized on your iPhone only and never recorded. INGREDIENTS FOR EACH STEP Every step shows the amounts it uses, like “Soy sauce, 2 tbsp.” Gather and check off everything before you begin. TIMERS THAT RUN TOGETHER As many named timers as you need. When one ends, Nabekko the clay pot lets you know. SCALE TO YOUR TABLE Change the servings and every amount is recalculated, fractions included. PASTE ANY RECIPE Paste a recipe from the web and it becomes ingredients, steps and timers. 30 RECIPES YOU CAN TRUST Japanese home classics like nikujaga, karaage and miso soup, each with a hand-drawn illustration. Doneness checks and cautions (honey for babies, soft eggs, leftovers) are built into the steps. MADE FOR IPHONE DUO Half-fold your Duo and stand it on the counter: the current step on one side, timers and controls on the other. KITCHEN MUSIC Two tracks to cook to. They pause while voice control listens. PRICING Free: cook all 30 recipes with voice and timers, scale servings, add 3 recipes of your own and preview menu plans. Nabekko Pro (one-time purchase) lets you cook menu plans and add unlimited recipes. No ads. No account needed.
