CHOOSE YOUR TIME Start with a preset or enter hours, minutes and seconds. Build recurring schedules for the parts of your day you want to protect. DECIDE ABOUT BREAKS Allow intentional breaks with budgets and cooldowns, or start a session without breaks. Review your choice before you begin. NOTICE YOUR PATTERNS See local focus history and how often block screens appear. Open Screen Time reports when you want more context. Optional daily usage limits are available as an experimental feature and are off by default. KEEP FOCUS CLOSE Use widgets, Live Activities and Shortcuts to fit focus into your routine. Settings and history are stored on your device. A session-end timestamp can sync through your private iCloud storage to help recover an unfinished session. PLEASE KNOW Requires iPhone with iOS 17 or later and Screen Time authorization. Blocking does not silence notifications; use an iOS Focus to manage them. Hiding applies to individually selected apps, and iOS controls where restored icons appear. Website coverage and background timer accuracy depend on iOS. Screen Time access can be revoked, and emergency recovery remains available in Settings. Noise Blocker is a focus aid, not an unbreakable lock.
