Ferraro Admin

Ferraro Admin is the staff app for restaurants that take pickup orders through a Ferraro ordering website. Customers order on the restaurant's own site. This app is where the restaurant receives those orders and works through them. You need an account from your restaurant to sign in. There is no sign-up in the app. ORDERS - A new order opens on screen with its items, notes and total. Confirm it with a ready time, or decline it with a reason. - Push notifications tell you about new orders when the app is in the background or the device is locked. - Move each order from preparing to ready to completed. The customer gets an email when their order is confirmed, ready, or declined. - Look up earlier orders in History. PRINTING - Print order tickets on a Bluetooth thermal receipt printer. - Turn on auto-print and each order prints when you confirm it. Auto-print works while the app is open on that device. MENU AND STORE SETTINGS - Add and edit menu items, prices, photos, sizes and add-ons. Hide an item when you run out of it. Changes show on your ordering site straight away. - Set your opening hours, with more than one time range per day if you need it, and block dates such as holidays. Your site only takes orders while you are open. - Set up discounts that apply automatically at checkout. - Update your logo, colours and contact details. Works on iPhone and iPad, and suits a device that stays on the counter all day. PRIVACY Customer names, phone numbers, emails and order details are used only to prepare and hand over orders.
