About
Make room in your day for something other than scrolling. Choose distracting apps, categories and websites, then set a daily schedule on your iPhone. No account or computer is needed to get started. Use Apple's Screen Time controls to shield your choices during Off the grid hours. Choose a daily window or an all-day schedule, review your setup, and start when you are ready. You can end fasting with confirmation and manage Screen Time permission in iPhone Settings. View available iPhone usage in Apple's private Screen Time report. Its app names and activity stay inside that report; The Experiment does not export them or turn them into an iPhone Attention score. Connecting your computer is optional. Sign in with an existing Experiment account to sync your schedule and website Block list. To receive private activity history from your computer, scan its connection QR and agree to private device sync. Private history sync is end-to-end encrypted. Account information, shared schedules and website block-list domains are separate and readable by the server. Screen Time permission is required for protection. Website filtering depends on browser support. This app supports self-directed habits; it does not prevent you from revoking permission or removing it.Read more
