About
Supplements. Medicines. Protein. Together. Intakes, stock and refills in one place. One place for your supplements, medicines and protein powders. • Record your saved amount and the current time with one tap, then undo if needed. • Leave stock blank when the remaining amount is unknown. • Use pills, tablets, grams, milliliters and other units. Stock stays in step with edited or deleted records. • Record a group together and adjust individual items or amounts. • Estimate refill timing from the frequency and delivery time you enter. • Manage optional weekday and time reminders later in Settings. • Look up product details by barcode, or add products manually. • Use registered products offline. • Export a password-encrypted backup and restore it on a new iPhone. • Choose dates and products, then copy or share your intake history. • Include available barcodes, ingredient amounts, label serving sizes and sources in the same report. No account, ads or in-app purchases. Intake history, stock and photos stay on your device. Optional online lookup sends barcodes and connection information to product-data services, which may retain logs. Catalog coverage is incomplete: check the name and package size before saving. Prescription medicines are entered manually. Prescription GS1 barcodes and Japanese medication-notebook QR codes are not supported. Reminders do not record a dose and may still arrive after an intake has been recorded. History is shared as plain text without a password. Review the content and choose where to share it; nothing is sent to an AI automatically. Ingredient details are not available for every product. Full-data migration backups are separate and require a password. Records and photos are excluded from automatic OS backup: export an encrypted backup before changing phones or deleting the app. The app does not recommend doses, diagnose conditions or check interactions. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before changing how you take a product.Read more
