Royal Special Events

Royal Special Events is the on-site app for Royal Ambulance crews and supervisors covering concerts, races, festivals and other special events. For crews (EMT, Paramedic, RN): - Check in to your event; your position shows on the supervisor's live map while you are on duty. - Log every patient contact in seconds, with quick picks for common complaints and treatments. - Complete the electronic Patient Care Report laid out like the Royal Event PCR: history, vitals over time, physical exam with body map, medications given, IV access, disposition and signature. - Log OTC medication and supply requests, file incident reports, request equipment, and escalate a major concern to supervisors immediately. - Works with no signal. Everything you enter is saved on the device and sent automatically when coverage returns. For supervisors and dispatchers: - Create events and assign crew. - See who is checked in and where, live. - Review completeness before the event closes. - Submit the debrief; the event report is emailed automatically. - Search patient log entries across events and export PCRs as PDF, JSON or XML. Access is limited to Royal Ambulance staff. Sign in with your Royal Ambulance Google Workspace account; a Special Events administrator approves new accounts.
