Tackle 40 handcrafted Mill Yard levels across five sets of increasing difficulty. Each puzzle gives you a fixed pegboard, a limited stock of 12-, 24-, 36-, and 48-tooth gears, and a row of factory machines — millstone, taffy puller, caramel kettle, candy press, sack hoist, sugar sifter — each demanding a precise RPM and rotation direction. Place gears that mesh cleanly, avoid loops that jam the entire mill, and earn up to three stars by solving within the par gear count. No timer, no lives — just clean, satisfying mechanical logic that rewards careful thought. The Workshop doubles as a genuine gear-ratio calculator for hobbyists. Enter your own gear kit (LEGO Technic, metal construction, or 3D-print sets), specify a target ratio or RPM pair and desired direction, and the solver returns up to ten ranked solutions showing error percentage, centre distances, and stage-by-stage gear counts.
