Bunchline Balloon Planner

Bunchline helps independent balloon decorators plan one installation from measurement to handoff. Enter the curved path length, your own balloons-per-foot density, and a spare allowance. Set each color's share, bag quantity, and purchase price. Bunchline calculates whole-balloon quantities, rounds up the bags to buy, and keeps the color totals balanced. Choose a currency for each job. Build the job price from actual bag costs, labor hours and rate, travel, and a markup you choose. See the direct cost and projected margin before sharing anything. Export a client estimate PDF that shows the project price without your internal costs, and a separate packing sheet for your own material pull. Both PDFs are generated locally. Save, edit and delete multiple jobs. A normal first launch has no jobs. The clearly fictional example can be opened from the Jobs screen to explore the same workflow. The curved color drawing is schematic, not a venue mockup or engineering plan. Balloon quantities are planning estimates: check the measured path, installation conditions, fixing points, and actual material needs on site. The app does not issue invoices, take payments, scan photos, recognize colors, or connect to suppliers. One purchase includes the full offline app. No account, subscription, ads, tracking, analytics, cloud sync, or developer-operated upload. You choose when to export or share a PDF.
