About
During an attack you often cannot look at a screen. Close your eyes and say "last night, left side, seven, didn't sleep" - the date, time, intensity, location, sleep and triggers each land in their own field. Speech is turned into text on the device only. The audio never leaves your device. No login. No account. No server. You will not lose entries to an account problem - but if you lose the phone the entries go with it, so export a backup file. ◆ Log Date and time, pain level (1-10), where it hurt, possible triggers, symptoms, medication taken, sleep the night before, how long it lasted, and notes. The calendar marks days that have an entry. The dot's colour is the worst pain that day, and the number and word are always shown alongside - never colour alone. You can also log sleep on days without a headache. That is what makes "were headaches more common after short sleep?" answerable at all. ◆ Patterns This month's attacks, average pain and average sleep. A bar chart of the last 30 days. Patterns are only stated once there is enough to say them. When there is not, the app says what is missing instead of showing an empty card. - Weekday patterns need at least 8 weeks of records - Time of day and triggers need 10 attacks - The sleep comparison needs at least 5 short nights and 5 long nights Every sentence carries its sample size: "Of 13 Mondays in the last 91 days, 9 came with a headache." Nothing is stated as a cause. ◆ Medication Reminders fire only for the medication and times you entered. The app never suggests a medication. Adherence is counted for this month, skipping doses whose time has not come yet. If notifications are off on the device, a band says so above the list. A list of reminders that will never fire is worse than no list. ◆ PDF for your doctor A document with the summary, the patterns and a table of the last 90 days. Send it from the share sheet. ◆ Backup Export everything as one JSON file and restore from it. A damaged file never crashes the app; whatever can be read is restored and the rest is reported. ◆ Privacy No ads. No analytics. No third party receives your data. Backup files and PDFs leave the device only when you share them yourself. ◆ Notice This app does not diagnose or recommend medication. It only keeps and summarises what you enter. Discuss every medical decision with your doctor. This app is not a medical device.Read more
