A suggested keeper can be changed. Videos can be sorted by size or date and played before you decide. Compress a video at Low or High quality and compare the measured size of the copy with the original before you replace it. A Live Photo can be saved as a still; the original is removed only after you confirm. Photos and videos stay on this iPhone. They are not sent to a server.
