Wavevi Nusnan is the dedicated makeready companion for letterpress printers. Whether you run a Vandercook proof press, a Chandler and Price platen, an Adana, or a Kelsey, every job begins with the same challenge: achieving an even impression across every zone of the forme before you print your edition. Wavevi Nusnan turns that pull-by-pull process into a structured, visual log you can follow and learn from. Photograph your locked-up forme, lay a configurable zone grid over it, and mask off any unused zones. Before each proof pull, record the single change you made: a packing sheet added or removed, or a tissue spot-up patch placed on a specific zone with its caliper measurement. After each pull, photograph the proof and grade every zone: kiss, even, light, deep, slur, roller ghosting, and more. Wavevi Nusnan builds a complete, numbered pull log as you work. The convergence strip shows at a glance whether your makeready is improving pull by pull, with a draggable scrubber to review any moment in the sequence. The change-effect screen marks each zone helped, hurt, or unchanged by a specific packing or spot-up change, and records the pull number at which each zone first read even. A before-and-after wipe comparison lets you place any two pulls side by side with a draggable divider and grade overlay. The spot-up patch layer accumulates tissue patches on the zone map with caliper totals, zoomable at any pull. Wavevi Nusnan also maintains your press library, tracking average pulls-to-even per press and forme type across all closed jobs so you build institutional knowledge over time. A built-in defect glossary covers eleven common impression faults, each with a description and standard packing fix, and counts how often you tag each one. Everything is stored on-device with no account required and no network connection needed.
