WeDo: Team Work for Students

WeDo helps student teams run group assignments and projects with less chaos. Split work clearly, chat per project, and keep track of deadlines and meetings, all on your iPhone. Think less, do more. PROJECT CHAT • Every project has its own chat room with real-time messages. • Take a photo or pick one from your library to send; tap any image to view it full screen. • Find projects quickly and see unread counts at a glance. AI TASK SUGGESTIONS FROM MESSAGES • A team Leader long-presses a message and chooses "Create task with AI". AI suggests a title, description, assignee and deadline. • You review and edit before the task is created. Nothing is created automatically. • Before first use, WeDo explains exactly what data is sent to the AI provider and only sends it with your consent. DIRECT MESSAGES AND FRIENDS • Chat one-on-one with teammates or friends, including photos. • See who is online. • Find classmates, send and answer friend requests. • Report inappropriate messages and block people who bother you. CLEAR TASKS • See open tasks, tasks waiting for you and overdue tasks at a glance. • Create tasks, set deadlines and pick an assignee. Project tasks are created by the team Leader. • Accept a task, or decline it with a reason. • Submit work with files. The Leader approves it, or returns it with a reason so you can fix it. MEETINGS AND CALENDAR • Leaders schedule meetings with a title, agenda, date, time and project. • Join the online meeting room with one tap. The room opens in your browser. • Read the meeting summary, decisions and action items. Minutes are created on the web version. • The calendar groups deadlines, meetings and events by day. TIMELY NOTIFICATIONS • Get notified when you are assigned a task, when work is submitted or approved, and for new meetings, messages and friend requests. • Deadline reminders 24 hours before and at the due time. • Tap a notification to jump straight to the task, meeting or conversation. • Choose which notifications you want: assignments, approvals, deadline reminders and meetings. CONTRIBUTION BOARD • See how many tasks each member has completed, what is still open or overdue, how much work they submitted and their on-time rate. WORKSPACES AND ACCOUNT • Create workspaces for your teams and switch between them. • Sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password. • Change your avatar and update your name, phone number and date of birth. • Send feedback to WeDo from inside the app. • Delete your account yourself, right in the app. WORKS WITH THE WEB VERSION WeDo on iPhone shares your account and data with the WeDo web app. Projects and project members are created on the web, then the whole team works together on their phones. If you signed up with Google on the web, tap "Continue with Google" to reach the same account. PAID PLANS WeDo offers Personal Pro and Team Growth, billed monthly or yearly through In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
