About
Phase Shift is a dual-phase puzzle about one shared grid and two different truths. SAME SPACE. A DIFFERENT WAY. Blue Phase and Purple Phase share coordinates, not rules. A wall that blocks you now may vanish after a SHIFT. An open lane may become a trap in the other world. Every level asks you to observe, plan, move, switch, and verify. HOW YOU PLAY • Observe walls, doors, switches, and the exit • Plan when to move and when to SHIFT • Swipe one tile at a time • Tap SHIFT to flip Blue and Purple • Clear within Move and Shift budgets One swipe is one step. One SHIFT can rewrite the board. CORE SYSTEMS • Dual phases: shared positions, different collisions • Phase Walls: exist in only one world • Move and Shift budgets: scarce steps and flips • Undo after repeated fails for review • Stars for cleaner routes MECHANICS BY CHAPTER • Switches and Doors: trigger before you travel • Shared Blocks: crates that persist across phases • Dual Core: late goals that demand both worlds SIXTY LEVELS, SIX CHAPTERS 01 AWAKENING — swipe, walls, first SHIFT 02 RIFT — bad switches hurt immediately 03 CIRCUIT — switches and doors form loops 04 ECHO — leftovers still matter 05 MATTER — push blocks join the puzzle 06 DUALITY — two mazes, one clear Early levels teach. Later levels tighten budgets until the aha: not impossible, just smarter. WHO IT IS FOR Brainy path-puzzle fans, light sci-fi mood, offline sessions, star chasers, and anyone who wants a quiet puzzle game without shop noise. Phase Shift rewards patience, not autopilot. PRODUCT PROMISE Fully offline. No ads, IAP, subscriptions, or account wall. Portrait and one-handed. Restrained lab/crystal visuals. Clear audio for move, shift, bump, clear, and fail. HOW TO EARN HIGHER STARS Scout both phases first. Treat SHIFT as a key item. Aim crates at exits and switches. Undo to the branch point when stuck. After a clear, ask for one fewer move or shift. Three stars prove you understood the space. SAME SPACE, DIFFERENT RULES Coordinates stay still while rules flip. Ask every wall if it exists next door. Ask every empty lane if it stays safe after a SHIFT. You manage two overlapping maps, not one memorized line. FAILURE IS INFORMATION Out of moves often means the wrong phase or an early SHIFT.
