iNxus Chain

iNxus Chain is the head-office companion app for iNxusTrack. It gives authorized chain operators a single view of connected stores running iNxusTrack on site. This standard product is offered to retail chains and other multi-location organizations. It is not built for or restricted to any one company. Any eligible organization can review the publicly listed Chain plan and request onboarding at https://www.inxustrack.com/#pricing. Monitor store availability and service health, review alerts across locations, and start a cross-store search using a photo you choose. Review returned matches and request selected video clips when further review is needed. Search results are similarity suggestions and should be checked by an authorized operator before any action. The app also provides an assistant for product and support questions. A head-office account and connected iNxusTrack store systems are required for live service. The app cannot operate as a standalone monitoring service. A search photo is sent through the cloud to participating stores for the requested search. Selected clips may be temporarily relayed to authorized head-office users. See our privacy policy for details.
