KJournal shows you a month: every day as a row, every habit as a column, scrolling continuously from the 1st to the 30th. It opens on the current week and remembers where you left off. Not done and "forgot to log" are different things, and KJournal keeps them that way. • Number — glasses of water, pages read, hours of sleep, with an optional daily goal and a monthly total or average. • Scale — rate your day 1–5, 1–10, or set your own range entirely (sleep hours, calories, anything).
