About
Fallow helps you cut back on weed without white-knuckling it. Instead of all or nothing, it puts a little more time between seshes each day, at a pace you set, and lets you decide what to do when the timer runs out. THE GROWING BREAK Tell Fallow how long you go between seshes right now. That's your starting break. Each on-pace day stretches it a little (5%, with a small minimum), so the gap grows gradually. When the timer runs out, it's your call. A sesh after the break, or a pass, counts as on pace. Going a little early just slows today's stretch; your break never shrinks. PASSES Timer's up and you're good? Tap "I'm good" to log a pass. Passes restart the timer, count as on pace, and a run of them adds a bonus stretch right away. Time you hold past the end of your break (Break+) counts too. T-BREAKS Planning a pause? Pick a 48-hour, 7-day or 28-day T-break. Fallow counts the days, shows notes on changes people commonly report along the way, and if you lapse, the count keeps going: a lapse isn't a reset. When you're done, the return plan brings you back at a longer break than before. RULES THAT FIT YOUR LIFE Add optional rules around the timer: - Not before: nothing before a time you pick, and it can move later as you keep it. - Off days: choose weekdays that stay off. - Max per day: once you hit it, the timer holds until tomorrow. THE DAY BAR One glance shows your whole day: breaks, seshes, passes and Break+ time, color-coded, with a legend underneath. A LIVING PLANT AND YOUR STASH Your plant grows from your breaks, never from seshes. Passes, on-pace days and kept off days help it grow through its stages; harvests cure and land in your Stash, where each one unzips to reveal a strain name. Earn specimens for your Herbarium along the way. None are earned by having a sesh. THE JOURNAL Every sesh and pass in one place, with stats, notes and history you can edit or back-date. A weekly reflection is written on-device by Apple Intelligence where available, so it never leaves your phone. WIDGETS, LIVE ACTIVITY AND DYNAMIC ISLAND See your timer on the Home Screen, Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Log a pass or start a sesh right from a widget. DISCREET MODE On by default. Notifications, widgets, the Lock Screen, the Live Activity and the app switcher just say "Timer". Switch to a neutral app icon if you like. FACE ID LOCK Lock Fallow behind Face ID so your Journal stays yours. YOUR SESHES STAY ON YOUR IPHONE No account. No ads. Your seshes and notes stay on your device; anonymous usage stats (which screens you open) are optional and can be turned off in Settings. Fallow is a pacing tool for adults 21+. It doesn't give medical advice and isn't a treatment program. If you're worried about your use, talk to a professional you trust.Read more
