Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web. TODAY Everything that needs you right now, on one screen. Enquiries waiting on a reply, today's appointments in time order, and the jobs you've got on the go. Tap an address to open it in Maps, or a number to call the customer. INBOX Every call and text your receptionist handled, with the summary first, then the recording and the transcript. Reply by text, assign it to someone, pause the AI on that conversation, or turn it into a quote, job, invoice or appointment. SCHEDULE Your appointments by day, week or month, or on a map. Confirm, complete, reschedule or cancel them from the job site. JOBS Your jobs, with their status, notes and files. Take a photo from the job page and it's saved to the job. NOTIFICATIONS Get a notification when your receptionist takes a customer call, when a text comes in that nobody has answered, when an alert fires, when a customer accepts or declines a quote, and when work is put on you. Choose which ones you get under More, then Notifications. CLOSED FOR THE DAY One tap on Today tells your receptionist you're closed, and callers hear it straight away. Tap again if you open after all. Everything else is under More: customers, quotes, invoices, products and services, your team, the dashboard and your receptionist setup.
