About
Pips turns a big daily goal into small sets through the day. Pick a challenge, say 100 push-ups between 9:00 and 18:00, and Pips splits it into ten sets of ten. When a slot opens, your iPhone or Apple Watch taps you. Do the set, tap Done. MISS ONE? THE DAY ADAPTS When a slot closes short, Pips moves the missing reps to the slots still ahead, a little onto each. No slot ever asks for more than double its share, so there's no pile-up at the end of the day. Running late? Extend today and what's left shares out evenly. HOW'S TODAY? ONE TAP Each morning, tell Pips how you feel: Low, Steady or Strong. On a low day Pips trims the quota and lines up a gentle flow for the muscles that are still recovering, and says why. On a strong day it offers a little more. Forgiving streaks bank rest days. APPLE WATCH The segmented ring lives on your watch face as a complication. Log a set from the notification, or turn the Digital Crown for a partial set. The watch works on its own when your phone isn't nearby and syncs when it's back. LOCK SCREEN AND SIRI The current slot sits on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island as a Live Activity, with a Done button that logs without opening the app. Or ask Siri to log a set or say what's left. TRAIN BY MUSCLE Tap the muscles you want to work and Pips builds a session for your kit: gym, dumbbells or bodyweight. The body map shows which muscles are fresh and which are still recovering. Rest timers and personal bests keep sessions moving. Recovery, mobility and Pilates core flows use timed holds. ASK PIP Pip is the little orange dot with two eyes. Ask it to build a workout and it picks the muscles that are freshest, and tells you when you ask for one that's still recovering. Pip runs on your phone, keeps your chat private, and nothing changes until you tap. EAT, SIMPLY Log meals from a bundled food list or by barcode, and see what's left of your calories and macros for the day. Barcode lookups use Open Food Facts and need a connection. FRIENDS, IF YOU WANT THEM Invite a friend through iCloud and see each other's ring for the day, then send one of four preset nudges. No chat, no search, no public profile: only people you invite see your day, and you can remove, block or report anyone. WHY SMALL SETS Pips is built on a simple idea from recent research: short bursts of activity spread through the day add up. (Observational research, e.g. Stamatakis et al., Nature Medicine 2022, links brief daily bouts of vigorous activity with better health outcomes. Pips is a fitness tool, not medical advice.) APPLE HEALTH With your permission, Pips saves your finished workouts and micro-challenge days (as strength training) and the meals you log (energy, protein, carbs, fat) to the Health app. Pips does not read any Health data. PRIVACY No ads, no tracking, no sign-up. Your challenges, logs, meals and Pip chats stay on your devices. Friends is optional: if you turn it on, your display name and today's progress are shared through iCloud, only with the people you invite. PIPS PRO Pips is free with one challenge. Pips Pro adds up to 3 challenges at once, Pip's one-tap action cards, build-by-muscle sessions, every preset and flow, your full history and personal bests, and the meal plan. - Pips Pro Yearly: $29.99 a year, with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers - Pips Pro Monthly: $4.99 a month US prices; other countries may vary. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Restore in Pips: Settings > Pips Pro. Pips is for general fitness. It is not a medical device.
