PixlFIT Coach

PixlFIT Coach is for personal trainers whose clients train with PixlFIT. Everybody you coach arrives on one roster. Open a client and you get their last sessions set by set, their weight and body trend, the check-ins they have sent you, and the thread you share — the same four tabs for everybody, so you always know where to look. THE ROSTER TELLS YOU WHO NEEDS YOU Every client carries a fortnight strip and a set of flags worked out on your device from their own logs: gone quiet, adherence slipping, volume down on last week, a lift that has stopped moving, a check-in due, a show coming up. You set the thresholds yourself — what counts as inactive, how flat a lift has to be, how far ahead to warn you about a date. Tap a flag and it tells you which rule fired and on what numbers. A lift that is flat but gaining reps is not stalled, and is not reported as one. CHECK-INS YOU CAN READ A check-in brings their weight, their note, the photos they chose to share, and pointers to whatever they want you to look at. An attached workout opens in place — every exercise, every set, warm-ups marked as warm-ups. PROGRAMMES Write a programme and push it. Routines, exercises, set and drop counts, and a note per movement with your own canned options. Clients accept it in their own app, and everything they log against it comes straight back to you. MESSAGES One thread per client, with quick replies you write yourself. PREP For clients working towards a show or a shoot: posing sessions folded by date, weight against a goal with a projection to it, and a comparison card you can share. BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD On a wide screen the roster stays on the left while you work in the rest of the window. WHAT YOUR CLIENTS SEE Nothing you write privately — coach notes are yours alone. Progress photos only reach you if the client turns sharing on, and they can withdraw it whenever they like.
