About

Mirelya is the private journal for your menopause. Two minutes a day to log hot flashes, sleep, mood and symptoms - and finally see what’s really going on. • “I’m having one” button: log a hot flash in one tap, from the widget, Control Center, the Action button, or by saying “Siri, hot flash in Mirelya” • Your daily flower: each petal is a symptom, each ember a hot flash – your month becomes a garden • Guided breathing to help the wave pass • Your nights with Apple Watch: Mirelya reads your sleep from Health, shows when your nights were broken (and whether your heart was racing), and lets you log night sweats in one tap • Prepare for your appointments: note your questions as they come (even with Siri), get a reminder two days before with a summary since your last visit, then note what was decided to follow its effect • Mild, moderate or severe hot flashes, on the scale used in clinical trials: your doctor reads the measures they know • A count of days without a period (the 12-month milestone), and a flag for bleeding worth mentioning to your doctor • 100% private: no account, no server, your journal never leaves your iPhone, Face ID lock, CSV export Mirelya Plus: is your treatment working? Mark the start of HRT, a dose change or cutting out coffee, and Mirelya compares the 4 weeks before with the weeks after, week by week – a result to show your doctor. Describe your day and Mirelya fills in the journal, ask your journal questions in plain language (Apple’s on-device AI, 100% on your iPhone), correlations (alcohol, stress, caffeine…), when your hot flashes happen, 30/90-day trends, a summary written on your iPhone by Apple’s on-device intelligence, and a PDF report to bring to your doctor. Works with iOS 18 and later. “Ask your journal” and the summary written by Apple’s on-device intelligence require iOS 26 and an iPhone or iPad that supports Apple Intelligence; on other devices, the summary is offered in a simpler form. Mirelya is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice.
