About

Udapt is one plan for today's training and today's food that adjusts each morning to how you've recovered, and tells you why in plain English. HOW IT WORKS • Each morning Udapt reads your sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate from Apple Health, or you answer a 5-question check-in if you don't wear your Apple Watch to bed • You get a readiness score out of 10, compared with your own normal, never with other people's • A good morning: train as planned, and your weights go up when you're ready. A rough night: fewer sets and a lighter effort, with the original session always one tap away • Food targets follow your training: a little more on training days and a little less on rest days, with the week's total unchanged TRAINING • Full programmes for the gym or home (dumbbells and bodyweight) • Log every set, with how-to photos and instructions for each exercise • Protect a shoulder, knee or lower back you're being careful with, and Udapt swaps exercises that load it • Progress charts for every lift • My own plan: if your physio, doctor or rehab team has given you an exercise plan, log it exactly as it's written. Udapt never changes it, and Share my sessions sends them a plain list of what you did FOOD • Calorie, protein, carb and fat targets that adjust to you, and learn your real daily burn once you've weighed in and logged your food every day for a month • Search over 14,000 foods, scan a barcode, or (with Apple Intelligence on a supported iPhone) log a meal from a photo or by describing it out loud APPLE WATCH, WIDGETS AND SIRI • A full Apple Watch app: today's plan, sets logged with the Digital Crown, a rest timer, and a readiness complication • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and a Live Activity while you train • Control Centre buttons to start today's workout or log food • Ask Siri "How ready am I?" or to log your usual breakfast APPLE HEALTH Udapt uses Apple Health (HealthKit) to read your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, weight, cycle and food from other apps, and to save your finished workouts. You choose what to share, and it's optional: the morning check-in works without it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads and no third-party analytics. Your health data stays in Apple Health, and everything Udapt keeps is stored on your phone. The only thing that ever leaves it: when you scan a barcode, just the barcode number goes to Open Food Facts, a nonprofit food database. LANGUAGES English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), including every exercise how-to. Food search uses English food names for now. A WELLNESS APP Udapt isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. It asks a short health check when you start, and steps back from your training if your doctor or rehab team should be setting your exercise; you can still log the plan they give you in My own plan. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise or eating plan, especially if you're pregnant or have a medical condition. SUBSCRIPTION Udapt is £6.99 a month or £39.99 a year, both with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
