Grade Star keeps all your course grades in one place, forecasts where you'll finish, and tells you exactly what you need on the final exam. Enter your scores as they come back. Grade Star shows your current grade, your projected grade for the end of the term, and the lowest final exam score that gets you the grade you're aiming for. WHAT DO I NEED ON THE FINAL? Pick the grade you want, and Grade Star works it out from your own scores and syllabus. It also tells you when a grade is already earned, whatever happens on the final, or out of reach even with a perfect score. BUILT FROM YOUR SYLLABUS Real courses are messy, so Grade Star follows yours: • Weighted categories: attendance, quizzes, homework, labs, exams, final exam, projects, presentations, papers, classwork, discussion, participation, or any of your own • Points or percentages, whichever your course uses • Drop the lowest scores, or let the final replace your lowest exam • Extra credit, only where your course allows it • Each course's own grading scale, with plus/minus grades and optional rounding A FORECAST YOU CONTROL Every category has an expected score for the work still to come. It follows your most recent score until you type your own, so you can try a hopeful number and a cautious one and see the range you're really playing for. TERM GPA Add your courses and see your current and projected GPA for the term, weighted by credit hours, using each course's own scale. CATCHES TYPOS A 105 typed for a 95 is stopped before it quietly changes your grade. BACKED UP TO iCLOUD Your courses back up to your own iCloud account automatically, so they come back when you get a new iPhone or reinstall the app. PRIVATE No account. No ads. No tracking. No subscription. Your grades are stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, never on our servers. Grade Star collects no data at all. START WITH AN EXAMPLE Not sure where to begin?
