About
Strength training that runs itself. Pick a programme, log your sets, and the progression engine decides what you lift next — no spreadsheets, no guesswork. Gym.exe is a workout planner and log for beginners who write code: ready-made programmes, progressive overload on autopilot, and a gym log that reads like your terminal. READY PROGRAMMES • Answer 4 questions and get your first programme: gym, dumbbells at home or bodyweight with a pull-up bar — beginner calisthenics. • Full body, upper/lower, push/pull/legs, strength waves, dumbbells and bodyweight — 2 to 4 days a week. • Edit days, exercises, sets, reps and rest — or paste a whole programme as code. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD ON AUTOPILOT • Linear and double progression, rep ranges and harder variations for bodyweight moves. • Hit every rep and the weight goes up next time. Miss reps and the plan adapts; stall three times and it deloads. • Every change is explained like a diff: "squat 60 → 62.5 kg". A WORKOUT LOG THAT FEELS LIKE CODE • Log a set in one tap — each set is a commit. The rest timer starts itself. • Warm-up sets, AMRAP, supersets, drop sets and a plate calculator. • History as git log, every workout as git show, a heatmap of your consistency and personal records. FOR PEOPLE WHO LIKE LEVELLING UP • Ranks from Intern to 10x Lifter, with a performance review at every promotion. No salary increase, though. • Achievements with developer jokes: Hello, World!, It works on my machine, Deployed on Friday. • Missed a workout? Gym.exe stops responding — reschedule in one tap, nothing is lost. • Ping, the rubber duck, nudges you on training days. BRING YOUR OWN AI • Copy our instruction to your AI assistant, paste the programme it writes, and Gym.exe checks every line and explains errors. • Copy any workout back as text for your AI to analyse. THEMES LIKE YOUR EDITOR • Midnight and Paper are free. Vampire, Fjord, Solar and Phosphor come with Pro. FORM GUIDES • Animated blueprints, three cues and target muscles for every lift in the programmes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your workouts stay on your iPhone. No account, no ads. GYM.EXE PRO Pro unlocks the full programme library, progression tuning, saving programmes from code and all themes. Choose monthly, yearly with a free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Gym.exe is a training log and planner, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme.
