About
Finding a home is hard enough right now. The public data that helps you choose one shouldn't be hard to find or cost money, so Property Analyser is free for NSW. Search any NSW address and see, in one place: • Schools: the primary and high schools the home is zoned for, with every school nearby ranked by ICSEA • Day care and preschools nearby • Transport: the nearest stations and their lines, bus routes and stops • Safety: recorded crime compared with NSW, and how it is changing • Rents: typical weekly rent for the home's type and postcode, and how rents are moving • Sales: median prices in the suburb and the home's own recorded sale history • Planning: zoning, height and floor space limits, heritage, flood and bush fire mapping • Neighbourhood: who lives there, incomes, languages and backgrounds, from the Census • Everyday places: supermarkets, cafés, parks, GPs, pharmacies and more within walking distance A clear verdict for living in or renting, with the reasons behind every score. Tell it who the home is for, how you get around and what else matters, and each analysis leads with those: the zoned primary school for a family, the station and your commute for a worker, day care for a baby on the way. Save the homes you're considering, keep an inspection journal for each with notes, voice notes, photos and video, and compare up to three side by side. On iOS 27, the journal describes each photo on your device, so a stain or a crack is easy to find again, and VoiceOver can read what each photo shows. Your saved homes appear in Spotlight and work with Siri and Shortcuts. Ask questions in plain English, such as "Which of my saved homes is closest to a train station?" or "Which is closest to the best primary schools?", and get answers drawn only from the analysis. Ask runs on your device with Apple Intelligence: your questions stay on it, and only the figures an answer needs are fetched. No account and nothing to sign up for. Your saved homes and journal stay on your device, or in your own iCloud if you turn sync on. All figures come from open government data — the NSW Valuer General, NSW Fair Trading, BOCSAR, the NSW Department of Education, the NSW planning portal, Transport for NSW, the ABS and OpenStreetMap — and each source is credited in the app. Property Analyser is a guide, not financial advice. Currently covers New South Wales.Read more
