About
Meeting Cue listens to the meeting you are in, writes the transcript as people talk, and suggests what you could say next — in full sentences, ready to say out loud. It is not a recorder. It reads the documents you bring, finds the passage that matters for what is being said right now, and turns that into something you can actually say. WHAT IT DOES • Live transcript. Words appear while people are still talking, with a label for each speaker. Tell it how many people are in the room and it keeps to that many. • Your own documents. Add specs, contracts, statements of work or notes. Meeting Cue searches them continuously and quietly, and pulls up the part that is relevant to this minute of the conversation. • Lines you can say. Three suggestions, refreshed as the discussion moves: something for right now, something for the wider point, and something to keep the room with you. • Terms explained. Jargon and acronyms in the conversation get a plain-English gloss. • Tell it who you are. Pick your role and how you like to sound in three quick questions when you first open it, add a short note about each meeting, and the suggestions come out in your voice rather than a generic one. • Notes you can check. When you end the session, Meeting Cue hands you two short lists in meeting order — action items, then key points such as decisions and figures. Tap Source under any note to see the exact transcript lines it came from, so you can check it read the room right. Copy them out before the transcript is erased. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything happens on your iPhone or iPad. There is no account and no sign-in. Your audio, your transcript and your documents are never uploaded, and nothing from a meeting is written to storage at all — it lives in memory and is erased the moment you end the session. That is not a policy promise. It is how the app is built: the speech recognition, the document search and the language model all run on the device, and the app has no server to send anything to. Please let the people in the room know you are using it. Laws about recording a conversation differ by country and state, and consent is your responsibility. REQUIREMENTS iPhone or iPad running iOS 17 or later. The suggestions and the end-of-meeting notes are written by Apple Intelligence on the device, which needs iOS 26 or later on an iPhone 15 Pro or later, or an iPad with Apple silicon, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. On devices without it, Meeting Cue still transcribes, still searches your documents and still explains terms, but the suggestion cards can only show a brief recap of what was just said, and the app tells you so. No download is needed on any device. SUBSCRIPTION Your first 20 hours of listening are free, with no payment details required — the clock only runs while the app is actually listening. After that, Meeting Cue Pro is A$1.99 a month or A$19.99 a year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
