About

AnteSum reads your specialty's journals so you don't fall behind. Every week we gather the newly published papers from the peer-reviewed journals of your specialty anaesthesia, orthopaedics, maxillofacial surgery and more — sort them by subspecialty, and distil the month into one readable digest. Open the app on Monday and know what mattered. THE MONTHLY DIGEST A concise, editor-style summary of the month for each subspecialty you follow, updated weekly as new papers arrive. Journal names link straight to the papers behind them, and every month stays browsable in the archive. THE PAPERS The month's new papers, grouped by journal and section — editorials, guidelines, reviews, original articles — with links to the source on the publisher's site. Pin the journals you care about; fold away the rest. YOUR READING LIST Save papers with one tap, read them offline, and export a bibliography (Vancouver / RIS) or a printable CPD reading log with your own reflections. BUILT FOR CLINICIANS • Choose one specialty or several. One account covers them all • A single quiet notification on Sundays when your digest updates (optional) • Saved papers work offline • Text size follows your iPhone's Dynamic Type setting • Free to read, no ads in the app How the digest is made, including the role of AI summarisation and the safeguards around it, is documented openly at antesum.com/methodology. AnteSum summarises the literature; it does not provide medical advice.Read more

    • Your weekly pick, now in the app: one paper per subspecialty each week — guidelines first, then trials and reviews — and a personalised choice once you've saved a few papers. • A bookmark button on every paper. • The Monday-morning notification now arrives on Monday morning, not overnight at the weekend. • Smaller fixes to offline saves and notifications.
